Adriel Washington

My name is Adriel Washington, and I am a finance professional, entrepreneur, and visionary committed to building systems that create both financial stability and generational impact.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and am currently completing my Master of Business Administration, further strengthening my foundation in financial strategy, leadership, and business development. Over the past several years, I’ve developed a diverse background across banking, accounting, sales, and financial operations.

My professional journey includes serving in the banking industry as a Teller and later advancing into roles focused on client relationships, financial services, and business development at First Citizens Bank. Through these experiences, I gained hands-on expertise in personal and business banking, lending solutions, and helping individuals and entrepreneurs make informed financial decisions.

In addition to my banking career, I am the founder of Washington Premier Wealth Group, where I provide bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial organization services for individuals and businesses. My work is centered on helping clients not only manage their finances, but truly understand them—because I believe clarity is the foundation of wealth.

Beyond traditional finance, I am also deeply involved in entrepreneurship and community-focused initiatives. I am currently developing large-scale projects aimed at economic and social impact, including efforts to rebuild community infrastructure and create opportunities through sports and youth development programs.

I am also the creator and host of “Ask Adriel; The Accountant,” a financial literacy platform designed to educate, empower, and equip individuals with the knowledge needed to take control of their financial future. Through this platform, I merge practical financial strategies with real-life application, making complex topics accessible and actionable.

At my core, my mission is simple: to bridge the gap between where people are financially and where they have the potential to be. Whether through banking, business, or education, I am committed to helping others build not just income—but legacy.
